Is this actually true? Is it helping you lead, or just helping you survive? Step three, install a new command. Write a belief that’s powerful, grounded, and upgrade-worthy. 💬 For example, “I lead better when I’m supported. Power is shared, not hoarded.” Step four, run it daily. Speak it. Write it. Feel it in your body. This is mental strength training. The repetition is the rewiring.
The next breakthrough isn’t in another book, certification, or 80-hour grind week.
