"Jackie's story helped me recognize how much my inner voice was sabotaging my performance. I walked out knowing exactly how to shift my focus and realign with my goals. Now I feel more, confident and resilient.

What if the Way You Handled Obstacles Became Your Greatest Advantage?

I’ve seen it over and over: smart, capable, high-achieving people who know how to perform, but struggle to stay steady under pressure. They overthink decisions, get thrown off by setbacks, and lose momentum in moments that matter most. Not because they lack skill or drive. But because they’ve never been taught how to lead themselves through challenge. My keynote work focuses on one core truth: Obstacles are part of the path. What you do with them… is the power. I help individuals and teams stop getting derailed by pressure, reframe challenges in real time, and respond in ways that build momentum instead of stall it. The same obstacle, different response = better result.

I’m a certified trauma-informed coach, host of Out of Crazytown, and creator of The W.I.N. Method™, a practical framework that teaches people how to: Recognize what’s happening in the moment, refocus quickly and intentionally, and respond in a way that drives results. My approach blends neuroscience, resilience training, and real-world application to create lasting change so people don’t just understand what to do… they can actually do it when it counts.

I bring science, soul, and straight talk to every room I enter, helping people build staying power, trust themselves under pressure, and turn everyday obstacles into opportunities for growth, leadership, and performance. Because winning isn’t about avoiding challenges. It’s about knowing how to move through them confidently.
